RXR Realty permitted for 200-unit mixed-use building in Mott Haven

RXR Realty, on April 21, received a permit for construction of a 200-unit, 165,391-square-foot mixed-use building at 2413 Third Avenue in Mott Haven, the Bronx.

The plans were one of 17 new building plans filed in the neighborhood last year. Meanwhile, only five new building plans have been filed in the neighborhood so far this year.

The plans, pre-filed on April 21, 2020, call for the construction of a 297-foot tall, 27-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: erect 27-story new building. filed in conjunction with the following DOB NOW applications (ST) x00444867, (MH) x00444794, (PL) x00444808.

Per the plans, the building will have a residential lobby, dog grooming amenity, accessory leasing office, and retail space on the ground floor. The second floor will have office space, equipment rooms, a fitness amenity, a game room, a kid’s room, and a teen room. Dwelling units will span floors three through 27.

The building will have a mixture of affordable and market-rate units, according to a spokesperson from RXR.

The property was acquired with two other properties for $23.7 million on March 18, 2020.
