Sam Klein receives TCO for 34-unit building in Tremont, 6 years after filing plans

Sam Klein, on August 14, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 34-unit, 23,643-square-foot residential building at 2004 Davidson Avenue in Tremont.

The plans, pre-filed on March 31, 2014, call for the construction of a 71-foot tall, six-story residential building. The time from pre-filed to TCO was six years and five months.

The project is described in the filings as: erection of a new six-story + cellar residential use building.

The cellar of the building has laundry facilities as well as recreation space, per the plans filed. Floors one through five each have six units, while the sixth floor has four units. The building also has 10 parking spaces.

The architect listed is Asher Hershkowitz Architect.
