Leonid Bogomolniy files plans for construction of 29-unit residential building in Kensington
Leonid Bogomolniy through the company 170 Laco LLC, on August 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 29-unit, 21,388-square-foot residential building at 571 Ocean Parkway in Kensington, Brooklyn. The plans come just months after Bogomolniy purchased the property for $3.9 million on May 8.
The plans call for the construction of an 85-foot tall, eight-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed new eight-story mixed-use building with 29 residential units and one community facility unit.
The ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation area, ambulatory and diagnostic facility, and one dwelling unit, according to the plans. Floors two through eight will each have four dwelling units. The building also will have an outdoor recreation and a private yard for the ground floor apartment.
The development site is a five-minute walk to the Ditmas Avenue subway station, which is serviced by the F train.
Zarina Kindo of Kindo Holdings is listed as the architect on the filing.
On July 7, Bogomolniy filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 19,799-square-foot mixed-use building at 132-47 Metropolitan Avenue in Richmond Hill.
