Salvatore Gargano files plans for 24-unit resi building in East Williamsburg
Salvatore Gargano, on June 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 18,255-square-foot residential building at 241 Conselyea Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of a 62-foot tall, six-story residential building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00497676. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: construct new six-story residential building as per plans filed.
According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and off-street parking. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the sixth floor will have four dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The cellar will have an exercise room and storage space.
NDKazalas Architecture P.C. is listed as the architect.
The estimated job cost is $6,592,050.
The developer recently borrowed $23 million from Ridgewood Savings Bank for a rental property in East Williamsburg.
