Sal Lucchese fully permitted for 18-unit residential building in Astoria
Sal Lucchese through the company Pnash Realty LLC, on October 20, was given a permit for construction of an 18-unit, 17,016-square-foot residential building at 25-28 30th Drive in Astoria, Queens.
The plans, pre-filed on March 9, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filed for new seven-story and cellar 18-unit multiple dwelling with six parking spaces, on lot 31 and three on lot 35.
The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, per the plans. Floors two through seven will each have three dwelling units per floor. The roof will be used for an outdoor recreation space and the building will have six parking spaces.
Gerald J. Caliendo Architect will be behind the design.
The two-story building that occupied the development site was demolished in April of 2019.
The property was acquired for $200,000 on February 3, 2020.
Reports around the time of filing stated an estimated completion date had not been announced.
