Safe N Lock Storage files plans for a 72K sf storage building in East New York

Safe N Lock Storage, on May 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 72,000-square-foot storage building at 191 Vermont Street in East New York.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot tall, 4-story, 72,000-square-foot building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a fully sprinkled four story self-storage facility as per the plans filed herewith.

The site is currently occupied by a 36,050-square-foot, single-story warehouse building that is the headquarters of the Solco Plumbing Supply company.
