Jacob Landau files plans for a 74K sf residential building in Brownsville
Jacob Landau, on May 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 62-unit, 74,380-square-foot residential building at 402 Mother Gaston Boulevard in Brownsville.
The plans call for the construction of a 144-foot tall, 13-story, residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: multi-story mixed-use building as per plans.
The building plans show that in addition to a residential lobby and community faculty lobby, the ground floor will have room for retail space. Floors three, four and five will be used for a philanthropic nonprofit faculty, while floors six through 13 will have dwelling units. The roof and second floor mezzanine will have recreation areas.
The property was acquired for $7 million on November 26, 2019.
