Safe N Lock Storage files plans for a 110K sf storage building in Morrisania

Safe N Lock Storage, on May 1, filed a permit application for construction of a 110,411-square-foot storage building at 581 Austin Place in Morrisania.

The plans call for the construction of an 89-foot tall, 7-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: construction of a fully sprinkled seven story self-storage facility as per the plans filed herewith.

SNL Storage signed a contract to buy the warehouse from John Livingston’s Paladino Realty in January. No records of a completed sale have been filed.
