The building is a 207-foot tall, 17-story, tower.
The project is described in the filings as: general construction on the cellar, roof and floors one through 17 as plans filed here. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $33,142,586.
The property was acquired for $205.5 million on December 2, 2019.
