Sabey Corportation signs $220M refi loan with JPMorgan for City Hall property
Sabey Corportation through the entity Intergate.Manhattan Office LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender JPMorgan Chase Bank valued at $220 million for the office and industrial condominium unit (CR) at 375 Pearl Street in City Hall, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 1, 2021 and was recorded on June 8, 2021.
The condo property has 418,995 square feet of built space. The loan price per built square foot is $525 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Sabey Corportation was Patricia A. Sewell.
Sabey is a real estate investment company. The financing included $20 million of new debt.
