Mendel Kaff through the entity SJ Washington LLC paid $22 million to Douglas Rosenberg through the entity 781 Washington Avenue Associates for 63-unit rental (D5) at 781 Washington Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 20, 2021 and was recorded on June 8, 2021.
The property has 47,925 square feet of built space and 88,725 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 136,500 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $459 and the price per buildable square foot is $161 per the PincusCo analysis.
