Bruman Realty signs $102.5M refi with Square Mile for rental in Dumbo
Bruman Realty through the entity Gold Street Realty Holdings LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Square Mile Capital through the entity SM Finance II LLC valued at $102.5 million for the 286-unit rental (D3) at 260 Gold Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on May 21, 2021 and was recorded on June 8, 2021.
The Commercial Observer reported the total financing package was $145 million, and was arranged by Galaxy Capital’s Henry Bodek.
The owner bought the property on 3-Aug-18, for $60.0 million.
The signatory for Bruman Realty was Joseph Brunner.
