RYBAK Development files plans for 63K sf mixed-use building in UES
RYBAK Development, on November 4, filed a permit application for construction of a 32-unit, 63,888-square-foot mixed-use building at 126 East 86th Street in the Upper East Side.
The plans call for the construction of a 210-foot tall, 20-story mixed-use building.
The project is described in the filings as: new high-rise residential mixed-use building.
The cellar of the building will have a garden, gym, kid’s room, pool, and commercial storage place, per the plans. The ground floor will be split between a residential lobby and commercial space. The second floor will have two dwelling units, one of while will have a terrace, floors three through 14 will each have two dwelling units per floor, and floors 15 through 20 will each have one dwelling unit per floor, the 15th floor unit will have a terrace.
Zproekt will be responsible for the design of the building.
No demolition plans have been filed yet for the two-story building which had been occupied by Chase Bank on the property.
