Rudin finishes $3.2M build-out for tenant Blackstone at 345 Park Avenue
Rudin Management Company, on December 14, formally completed a $3.2 million build-out of several floors leased by Blackstone of an office building at 345 Park Avenue in Plaza District.
The plans, pre-filed on December 13, 2019, call for a build-out of floors one, 14 and 24 through 26 of the 484-foot tall, 44-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing for interior demo of the first, 14th, and 24th-26th floors office space as per plans submitted herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,189,900.
In 2018, Blackstone signed a seven-year lease expansion for an additional 148,587-square-feet at the building. The lease added to the 426,384-square-foot lease renewal the firm signed in 2014. The lease was for the 14th floor, as well as the 24th through 26th floors. In total, Blackstone occupies 16 full floors in the tower.
