Rudin files plans for a $17M rehab of several floors at Thomson Reuters Building
Rudin Management, on May 7, filed a permit application for a $17 million renovation of four floors at 3 Times Square in Times Square.
The plans call for a renovation of floors one through three, as well as the mezzanine, of the 486-foot tall, 34-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing for renovation of existing lobby at first floor with related work on mezzanine, second and third floors as shown on plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $17,023,149.
