IAC issued TCO following third floor change in use at the IAC building

IAC, on May 7, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $290 build-out of the third floor of the 195,000-square-foot office building at 555 West 18th Street in Chelsea.

The plans call for no change in size but a change in use of the third floor of the 145-foot tall, 11-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing no work alteration-1 for issuance of amended c of o. Increase of occupant loads at existing 3rd floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $290.
