Rudin files plans for $7.5M build-out for Blackstone at 345 Park Avenue

Rudin Management Company, on November 22, filed plans for a $7.5 million build-out of one floor of a building at 345 Park Avenue in Plaza District, Manhattan.

Earlier this year, Rudin announced that Blackstone would be leasing an additional 80,000 square feet of office space in the building, which would span the entire 12th floor and a portion of the 11th and third floors.

Rudin has filed a total of 60 alteration plans at the building this year alone. Those plans total for $27,033,091 of work.

These plans call for work on the 12th floor of the 484-foot-tall, 44-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00605315.

The project is described in the filing as: Interior renovation of existing 12th floor office. No change to egress, use, or occupancy.
