NYCHA files plans for $6.7M interior rehab of a building in Williamsburg

The New York City Housing Authority, on November 22, filed plans for a $6.7 million interior rehabilitation of a residential building at 123 Ten Eyck Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

These are the third alteration plans filed at the building this year. The three plans call for a total of $10,643,753 of work.

The plans call for work on floors one through four of the 40-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00491912.

The project is described in the filing as: interior renovation of partitions, ceilings and doors, stair repair, repair to facade and window replacement. Filed in conjunction with MS #B00492429-I1 & PL #B00492416-I1. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is Newman Design Architects PlLC.
