Rubin Equities files plans for 69-unit resi building in Jamaica
Rubin Equities, on April 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 69-unit, 46,876-square-foot residential building at 148-15 89th Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. Sam Rubin filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of an 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00718735.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 75 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story and cellar residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, parking space, and recreation space. Floors two through seven will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have nine dwelling units. The roof and cellar will have recreation space.
