Yitzchok Schwartz files plans to convert office to 44-unit resi building in Williamsburg
Yitzchok Schwartz, on April 15, filed plans for a project to convert an office building to a 44-unit residential building at 181 North 11th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the change in use and increase in size of the building from a 45-foot tall, four-story office building to a 65-foot tall, five-story, residential building with 44 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00718108.
The project is described in the filing as: Proposed renovation and vertical enlargements to existing building. Building conversion to five-story and cellar residential building.
The plans do not currently have floor plans included. According to the scope of work, “the schedule of occupancy will be filed at a later date.”
The architect listed is Hamish Whitefield Architects P.C.
