Of those two items, one was a sale. Stormfield Capital bought the 6,749-square-foot, four-unit four-family building (C3) on 135 Bayard Street for $5.1 million from David Kenner and Rafi Manor on December 26, 2024.
Of those two items, one was a loan. Blank Property Group borrowed $22.6 million from M&T Bank secured by the 4,813-square-foot, two-unit two-family building (B9) on 136 Bayard Street and nine other properties on September 10, 2025.
