Rosen Group files plans for $3M single-floor rehab of commercial building in Flatiron

Rosen Group, on October 6, filed a permit application for a $3 million rehabilitation of a building at 902 Broadway in Flatiron.

The plans call for a rehab of the 18th floor of the 200-foot tall, 20-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction on the 18th floor as plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,003,500.

In 2018, SeatGeek, an online ticket selling platform, signed a lease for 72,800-square-feet spanning four floors of the building. At the time, they joined other tenants such as Fenwick & West, IMAX, MKDA, and General Assembly.
