$5.8M rehab completed at Trump Village co-op in Coney Island
On October 7, a $5.8 million rehabilitation of several floors was completed at a Trump Village co-op at 440 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island.
The plans, pre-filed on October 19, 2018, call for a rehab of floors one through 23 of the 211-foot tall, 23-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed facade and balcony repairs as indicated on plans and applications filed herewith. There is no change in use egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,811,442.
The building is part of Trump Village, which originally opened to residents in 1964. The seven-building complex was constructed by Fred Trump.
