Ronald Chien files plans for 13K sf residential building in Flushing

Ronald Chien of Lucky Development Inc., on August 10, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 13,232-square-foot residential building at 132-55 41st Road in Flushing.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new six-story residential building with community facility.

The cellar of the building will have a tenant space, common restroom, water/gas meter room and an electric meter room per the plans. The ground floor will have a residential lobby, common restroom, and additional tenant space. The second floor will have a residential corridor, tenant space, common restroom, and exterior common area. The third floor will have two dwelling units, a laundry room, and exterior common area. Floors four and five will each have three dwelling units, while the sixth floor will have one dwelling unit.
