Rocklyn Asset Corp. files plans for $4.6M build-out for NYC DOE school in Mill Basin

Rocklyn Asset Corp., on September 22, filed plans for a $4.6M build-out of two floors of a public building at 1395 East 56th Street in Mill Basin, Brooklyn.

According to the plans, the space has been leased to the New York City Department of Education to be used as school space.

The plans call for work on the cellar and floors one and two of the 45-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00584144.

The project is described in the filing as: K402_Proposed work to include renovation of the building from basement, first floor, and second floor spaces of the existing building, leased to NYC DOE for a new 3K Center/School. No change in use or occupancy under this application.
