Richard Hertz files plans for 88-unit resi building in Riverdale

Richard Hertz through the company 189 & 193 East 205th Realty LLC, on February 23, filed a permit application for construction of an 88-unit, 48,731-square-foot residential building at 189 East 205th Street in Riverdale, the Bronx. The average size of the units will be 553 square feet, according to a calculation of the figures in the application.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new apartment building.

The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and 11 dwelling units. Floors two through eight will each also have 11 dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have a laundry room.

Max Disla Architect is listed as the architect of record.

Demolition plans have not been filed yet. An estimated completion date has not been announced.
