Largo Investments submits $55M condo plan in Williamsburg

Largo Investments, on February 22, submitted condominium plans for a building with 31 residential units and two commercial units at 215 North 10th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The plans, CD210045, have a $54.94 million sellout price with the New York State Attorney General. Nissim Ben-Nun and Nicholas Werner, founders of Largo, are listed as the principals of sponsor.

The firm acquired the development site for $25 million in March of 2018, according to city records.

In July of 2018, new building plans were filed for a 70-foot tall, six-story, 64,529-square-foot residential building with 31 dwelling units at the property. The development received initial foundation permits for the project in January of 2020. Of the total square feet, 33,631 square feet is for residential and 30,898 is for the commercial space.

The building, when completed, will have an exercise room, according to the plans. Reports indicated there would be additional amenities, such as a pet grooming room, playroom, accessory storage, and a music room.

In February of 2020, Largo signed a new construction loan agreement with lender Maxim Credit Group valued at $54 million to fund the project.

Morris Adjmi Architects is responsible for the design.
