Richard Almonte plans 28-unit mixed-use building in East New York
Richard Almonte through the company Almonte Lincoln LLC is moving forward with plans for a 28-unit mixed-use building at 1377-1385 Sutter Avenue in East New York, Brooklyn. The two adjacent parcels have 97 feet of frontage on Sutter and 90 off of frontage on Lincoln Avenue.
The existing buildings have one floor and 1.5 floors.
The plans were disclosed in a proposed zoning map amendment seeking a change change from R5 to R6A/C2-4 and a zoning text amendment to designate the rezoned area as a MIH, in order to facilitate the development.
No building plans have been filed with the NYC Department of Buildings yet.
The applicant filed a land use application on July 17, followed by an environmental assessment statement on September 17. The CEQR fee was paid on September 15.
