Ricatto Property Management files plans for 20-unit mixed-use building in Williamsburg

Michael Ricatto’s Ricatto Property Management, on December 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 17,994-square-foot mixed-use building at 77 Richardson Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

Last year there were 45 new building plans filed in Williamsburg, making it the most active neighborhood for new development plans in Brooklyn.

The plans call for the construction of a 80-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00615917. The development site spans one tax lot.

Below are zoning diagrams for the plans.

The project is described in the filing as: Proposed construction of new six-story, mezzanine and cellar residential and commercial mixed-use building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space and a residential lobby. The first floor mezzanine will have the upper level of a retail store. Floors two through five will each have five dwelling units per floor, the second floor will also have recreation space. The sixth floor will have multiple recreation spaces.
