Related files plans for $2M fit-out at 50 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on June 21, filed plans for a $2 million fit-out of an office space on one floor at 415 10th Avenue, known as 50 Hudson Yards, in Hudson Yards, Manhattan.

A recent analysis from PincusCo found that 50 Hudson Yards had the third most work done, in terms of dollar value listed in alteration plans, of any building in the last 12 months.

The plans call for work on the 44th floor of the 1,011-foot-tall, 58-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00756982.

The project is described in the filing as: interior renovation for the initial fit-out of an office space as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

The architect listed is F+P Architects New York Inc.
