Karen Yoon files plans for retail rehab in Flatiron

Karen Yoon, on June 20, filed plans for a $140,000 rehab of retail space at 138 Fifth Avenue in Flatiron, Manhattan.

The building has been owned by 138 N.Y. Realty Corp. since the 1980s. The building is adjacent the corner property, 140 Fifth Avenue, which is occupied by an Aveda cosmetics store.

The plans call for a rehab of retail space in the 40-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00742601.

The project is described in the filing as: application filed for renovation of retail space as per drawings filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy as a part of this application.
