Related Companies finishes $5M rehab on two floors of 55 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on April 14, completed a $5 million rehab on two floors of an office building at 55 Hudson Yards at 550 West 34th Street.

The plans call for a renovation of floors 23 and 34 of the 768-foot tall, 51-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: tenant fit out. Interior build out of office spaces as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $5,000,000.
