NYC School Construction Authority files plans for $16M renovation of John H. Finley school

NYC School Construction Authority, on April 15, filed a permit application for a $16 million renovation of the John H. Finley school building located at 425 West 130th Street in West Harlem.

The plans call for a renovation of the 51-foot tall, 3-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: exterior renovation project: roofs, facade, parapets, and windows. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15,991,284.
