Related Companies finishes $51.4M single-floor rehab at Time Warner Center

Related Companies, on September 7, formally completed a $51.4 million rehabilitation of one floor at 10 Columbus Circle at the Time Warner Center.

The plans, pre-filed on April 21, 2020, call for work on the 11th floor of the 750-foot tall, 54-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non-bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $51,439,000.

Gensler was listed as the architect for the project.
