Leo Greenfield files plans for 41-unit resi building in Prospect Lefferts Gardens

Leo Greenfield, on September 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 41-unit, 22,706-square-foot building at 375 Lefferts Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn.

These are the third new building plans filed in the neighborhood so far this year. Perhaps more significantly, these are the most residential units filed for in the neighborhood since at least the start of 2018.

The plans call for the construction of a 80-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00588653.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight story and cellar residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have recreation space, one dwelling unit, and parking for one car. Floors two through seven will each have six dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have four dwelling units. The cellar will have additional recreation space, while space outside the building will have parking for 20 vehicles.

The estimated job cost is $3,000,000.

The architect listed is S. Wieder Architect P.C.
