Related Companies, on August 25 and 26, formally completed three rehabilitation projects totaling $25.4 million at their office building, known as 30 Hudson Yards, which also operates under the address 500 West 33rd Street, in Hudson Yards.
The most expensive plans, pre-filed on April 15, 2019, call for a rehab of floors 52 and 53 of the 1269-foot tall, 68-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: construct interior partitions, ceilings and doors as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $17,932,000.

The second plans, pre-filed on December 9, 2019, call for a rehab of the 82nd floor (63rd floor in construction) of the 1269-foot tall, 68-story, building.

The third plans, pre-filed on January 24, 2020, call for a rehab of the 83rd floor (64th floor in construction) of the 1269-foot tall, 68-story, building.
