Related Companies files plans for a $24M build-out at 30 Hudson Yards

Related Companies, on April 27, filed a permit application for a $23.9 million build-out of 15 floors at 30 Hudson Yards in Hudson Yards.

The plans call for a work on floors 1, 46-51, 60, 66-71, and 80 of the 1,269-foot tall, 68-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction modifications taking place on floors 1, 46-51,60, 66-71, and 80 indicated per plans filed here with no change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $23,930,637.

Tenants of the massive tower include HBO, Time Warner, and CNN.
