Brookfield Properties files plans for a $20K change in use to three floors at 424 West 33rd Street
Brookfield Properties, on April 27, filed a permit application for a $20,000 change in use to three floors of the 169,585-square-foot office building at 424 West 33rd Street in Hudson Yards.
The plans call for no change in size but a change in use to floors 1 through 3 of the 175-foot tall, 13-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: filing to update the Schedule A for a daycare at the first and second floors, and storage at the third floor. Minor work shown under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $20,000.
The daycare will take space that is currently occupied by offices on floors one and two.
Brookfield paid $69 million for Planned Parenthood’s 72,500-square-feet of space at 424 West 33rd Street in 2015.
