Related files plans for $7.5M multi-floor rehab of 50 Hudson Yards
Related Companies filed a permit application for a $7.5 million rehabilitation of three floors at the office tower at 415 Tenth Avenue, known as 50 Hudson Yards, in Hudson Yards.
The plans call for a rehab of floors three through five of the 1,011-foot tall, 58-story, building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00430783.
The project is described in the filings as: additions, modifications to existing mechanical system as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
Syska Hennessy Group is the architect named.
In November of last year the developer filed four permit applications for $65 million in rehab plans spanning several floors at the office building.
