Related Companies files plans for $6M build out at 30 Hudson Yards

Related Companies filed a permit application for a $6,125,345 build out of the 49th floor of a 68-story building at 30 Hudson Yards.

The plans call for work on the 49th floor of the 1,269-foot tall building.

The plans are stated as: general construction modifications taking place on the 49th construction floor (69th marketing floor) indicated per plans filed here with. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

On April 27, Related Companies filed a permit application for a $23.9 million build-out of 15 floors at 30 Hudson Yards

The work will be done by TPG Architecture.
