Refik Radoncic files plans for 36-unit resi building in Astoria
Refik Radoncic through the company Astorsquare LLC, on February 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 36-unit, 26,996-square-foot residential building at 14-27 28th Avenue in Astoria, Queens.
The plans are one of 39 new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. The plans combined to call for the construction of 2,525 dwelling units.
The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot-tall, five-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00645316. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have exercise rooms, a lobby, and thee dwelling units. The second floor will have eight dwelling units, floors three and four will each have nine dwelling units, and the fifth floor will have seven dwelling units and terraces.

The property was acquired for $4.5 million on October 15, 2021.
