Ben Kornblum files plans for 25-unit resi building in East Flatbush
Ben Kornblum, on February 9, filed a permit application for construction of a 25-unit, 22,570-square-foot residential building at 3510 Glenwood Road in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
Last month the developer filed plans for construction of a 20-unit, 17,600-square-foot residential building at 353 East 31st Street in East Flatbush, Brooklyn.
In the previous 12 months there have been 40 new building plans, including these plans, filled in East Flatbush. The plans combined to call for the construction of 800 dwelling units in the neighborhood.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00676117. The development site spans one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby and two dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have six dwelling units per floor. The seventh floor will have three dwelling units and terraces. The roof will have a terrace and the cellar will have parking for 13 cars.
The architect listed is Arc Architecture + Design Studio.
The property was acquired for $1.4 million on November 23, 2015.
