Ravinder Singh files plans for 59-unit mixed-use building in Jamaica
Ravinder Singh through the company Hillside Realty Holding LLC, on January 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 59-unit, 45,880-square-foot mixed-use building at 87-57 150th Street in Jamaica, Queens.
The plans are one of 27 new building plans filed in Jamaica in the previous 12 months. The plans call for the construction of the second most dwelling units in the neighborhood over that span.
The plans call for the construction of an 83-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00665096. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation space, healthcare space, and retail space. Floors two through six will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have nine dwelling units. The roof will have recreation space. The building will have 23 parking spaces in the cellar and seven located outside.

The property was acquired for $5 million on February 20, 2020.
