Radson Development permitted for 154-unit resi building in East New York

Daniel Rad, on May 4, was given a permit for construction of a 154-unit, 110,716-square-foot residential building at 583 Emerald Street in East New York, Brooklyn. Daniel Rad is a principal with Radson Development.

The plans, pre-filed on February 19, 2019, call for the construction of a 95-foot tall, eight-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: new eight-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, meeting room, parking, and 10 dwelling units. The second floor will have 22 dwelling units, community space, recreation room, and a playroom. Floors three through five will each have 25 dwelling units per floor, floors six and seven will each have 19 dwelling units per floor, and the eighth floor will have nine dwelling units.
