The project is described in the filings as: proposed nine-story new building filed as per plans.
The ground floor of the building has retail space, recreation space, and residential and community lobbies. The second floor has community space. Floors three through eight each have six dwelling units per floor, while the ninth floor has three dwelling units and a terrace. The building’s roof has recreation space and the cellar has storage space. The building also has a courtyard.
