Rabsky Group files plans for 52-unit resi building in Fort Greene

Rabsky Group, on April 29, filed a permit application for construction of a 52-unit, 53,875-square-foot residential building at 12 Rockwell Place in Fort Greene, Brooklyn. Simon Dushinsky filed the plans. The building has an alternate address of 623 Fulton Street.

The building will be located on the same tax lot where the developer is constructing a 395-foot tall, 35-story, 764,352-square-foot building with 1,046 dwelling units at 625 Fulton Street.

The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot tall, five-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed five-story residential development as per plans. 12 Rockwell Place is filed as one single zoning lot with 625 Fulton Street, NB job number 321583238.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, eight dwelling units and a courtyard. Floors two through four will each have 13 dwelling units per floor. The fifth floor will have five dwelling units and recreational space. The roof will have additional recreational space.

Hamish Whitefield Architects is listed as the architect.

The property was acquired for $158 million on January 13, 2016.
