Propco Holdings files plans for two buildings, 106 units, in Bronx

Propco Holdings, on April 27, filed two permit applications for the construction of a 50-unit, 30,994-square-foot residential building at 1751 Monroe Avenue in Tremont and a 56-unit, 38,307-square-foot residential building at 2250 Aqueduct Avenue in University Heights. Glenn Palilla, CEO at Propco, filed both of the plans.

The first plans call for the construction of a 114-foot tall, 13-story residential building at 1751 Monroe Avenue, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00493694. The building will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: construction of a 13-story residential building.

According to the plans, the building will have four dwelling units and a lobby on the ground floor level. Floors two through nine will each have four dwelling units per floor, floors 10 and 11 will each have three dwelling units, the 12th floor will have two dwelling units and recreation space, while the 13th floor will have additional recreation space. The cellar will have storage space.

ENV Architects DPC is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $10,000,000.

The second plans call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, seven-story residential building at 2250 Aqueduct Avenue, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00493806. The building will occupy four tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: construction of a seven-story residential building.

According to the plans, the ground floor will have one dwelling unit, a lobby, and parking for 28 cars. Floors two through six will each have 10 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have five dwelling units and recreation space.

ENV Architects DPC is once again listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $10,000,000.
