Plans filed for 17-unit mixed-use building in Highbridge
Leo Brody, on April 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 17-unit, 12,171-square-foot mixed-use building at 1014 Ogden Avenue in Highbridge, The Bronx.
The plan call for the construction of a 57-foot tall, four-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number X00509011. The building will occupy one tax lot.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed new four-story and penthouse, 17-unit, residential, commercial, and community facility, mixed-use building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have retail space, community facility space, and one dwelling unit. Floors two through four will each have five dwelling units per floor, while the fourth-floor penthouse will have one dwelling unit. The cellar will have utility space and laundry. The building will also have recreation space.
