Rabsky Group files plans for 120-unit mixed-use building, fourth plans at East Williamsburg site this month

Rabsky Group, on April 28, filed a permit application for construction of a 120-unit, 159,860-square-foot mixed-use building at 11 Gerry Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Rafael Rabinowitz filed the plans.

Earlier this month the developer filed plans for a 60-unit 131,896-square-foot building at 342 Wallabout Street, a 60-unit 133,619-square-foot building at 330 Wallabout Street, and a 60-unit 118,800-square-foot building at 322 Wallabout Street in the neighborhood.

The properties are part of a site which Simon Dushinsky’s Rabsky Group purchased for $12.8 million in 2012 from Pfizer.

The plans call for the construction of a 105-foot tall, 10-story mixed-use building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number B00509455. The building will occupy one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: 10-story new building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have residential and community facility lobbies and retail stores. The second floor will have a health care facility, while floors three through 10 will each have 15 dwelling units per floor.

Fischer + Makooi Architects is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $5,000,000.
