Procida Companies files plans for 44-unit mixed-use building in Park Slope
Procida Companies, on July 6, filed a permit application for construction of a 44-unit, 40,207-square-foot mixed-use building at 487 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope. Mario Procida, president and CEO of Procida Companies, filed the plans.
The plans call for the construction of a 107-foot tall, 11-story mixed-use building with 44 residential units.
The project is described in the filings as: construct new 11-story mixed-use building as per plans filed.
The ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and commercial space, according to the plans. Floors two though six will each have five dwelling units per floor. The seventh floor will have several recreational spaces and three dwelling units. Floors eight through 11 will each have four dwelling units per floor.
Aufgang Architects is listed as the architect.
The lot is currently vacant.
Recent activity in the neighborhood includes demolition plans from Senlac Ridge Partners and William Macklowe Company to make way for a 52,012-square-foot mixed-use building with 40 dwelling units 120 5th Avenue and Joseph Banda and Eli Nahman condominium plan for a development with 72 residential units and one commercial unit at 262 9th Street.
